MCAT (Medical College Admissions
Test): Kaplan
(www.kaptest.com/mcat )
offers several preparatory options for MCAT exams such as
classroom sessions, online options, tutoring options, books
and software options, and some free information about the exam
on their web site. In thinking about the
importance of doing your best on the MCAT and what test
preparation strategy you will employ, you will need to decide
how much money you can, and are willing to, spend on preparing
for the test. Tutoring (private instruction) is the most
costly approach. Classroom (group instruction) costs
less than tutoring but is still rather costly compared to the
lowest cost option of books and/or software.
If you are looking for a test preparation book for
the MCAT, here are some you should consider. We
have partnered with Barnes & Noble to bring you these
books. Prices shown here are the Barnes and Noble prices
in effect in December 2002.
